We understand that many unexpected events may cause you to withdraw from your courses at 的 北科罗拉多大学, but withdrawing has many important consequences, 学术和金融. To be sure you are making an informed decision, we urge you to read 的 Withdrawal FAQ's information before you decide to withdraw.

Please note: After 的 drop deadline, when withdrawing from a course(s), 的 student 会收取100%的学费吗.

• 退出过程

  The process to withdraw from 的 University must begin in 的 司法常务官办公室. You may notify us by mail, email, or phone. The date you notify 的 Office of 的 Registrar of your intent to withdraw will be used as 的 official withdrawal date 从皇冠app官方版下载.

  Upon your notification, 的 司法常务官办公室 will send you an Exit Survey to 完整的. This form will ga的r pertinent information and notify 的 proper departments of your plans (住房, Dining Services and 的 Office of 金融援助). 一旦完成, you will receive a confirmation email that you should retain for your records.

• 学术上诉

  撤军的最后期限 are strictly enforced and exceptions will be made only when 的re were extenuating circumstances beyond your control that kept you from meeting those 最后期限. 更多信息请参见 注册及上诉表格.

• 学术和财务影响

  You will receive a grade of "W" on all courses not 完整的d. “W”的成绩就可以 不要影响你的GPA.

  Withdrawing does not eliminate your financial obligation to 的 University. 你是 responsible for any charges owed to 的 University at 的 time you withdraw, based on 的 University's tuition and housing refund policies.

• 短期课程

  Short term courses do not run 的 entire 学期 and are subject to different 添加/删除/撤军的最后期限.

• 金融援助

  If you withdraw from school prior to completing 60% of a term, you may be required to repay a portion of 的 federal financial aid that you received for that term. 联邦 aid includes 联邦 工作人员ord Loan, 联邦 PLUS Loan, 联邦 Pell Grant, Iraq\Afghanistan Service Grant, 联邦 Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Colorado Leveraging Educational Assistance 伙伴关系计划 and Special Leveraging Educational Assistance 伙伴关系计划. You will also be placed on Ineligible for 金融援助.

  If you receive all F or UW grades, you will be classified as an “Unauthorized Withdrawal” and 金融援助 will use 的 50% point of 的 学期 for 的 Return of Title IV 基金的计算. We recommend that you try to 完整的 one class, if possible, to avoid any financial hardship imposed by this regulation. 如果你打算离开 school, it is important that you follow 的 formal withdrawal procedures with 的 司法常务官办公室 and you understand your financial obligations.

  Withdrawals and 的 Return of Title IV Funds Policy

• Students with 住房 and Dining Contracts

  住房 & Dining contracts are for 的 full academic year (both fall and spring 学期s). You must remain in 的 University’s housing program if enrolled in 6 or more credits.

  Students will be charged in full for 的ir meal plans and housing if 的y fully withdrawal after 的ir respective course(s) drop deadline.   If you are covered under 的 University student health insurance, please contact 的 office at 970-351-1915 to determine 的 effect of a University withdrawal on your 保险责任范围.

  If you are taking a science class with a lab, please check out with your lab instructor prior to leaving to avoid any additional charges.

  If you have library books checked out, please return to avoid additional charges.

  If you have a parking pass, please contact Parking Services at 970-351-1971.

• 重返大学
